Meet the Rea Team
Greg Rea, REALTOR®
Since jumping into the real estate investment and brokerage industry Greg has quickly become a force in the Reno/Sparks real estate world. Greg has been involved in more than $20 million worth of residential transactions ranging from REO portfolio dispositions to high-end luxury acquisitions.
Prior to forming the Rea Team at RE/MAX Professionals, Greg worked as an acquisition manager for an equity buyer. He was principally involved in foreclosure auctions, tax sales, HOA sales, on-line auctions, short sales, REO portfolio sales, probate sales, and rehabilitation management.
Greg’s prior experience in law enforcement, community organizing, and property management gives him a unique skill set that he uses to achieve his client’s goals.
Greg graduated from the University of Nevada in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science. On scholarship, Greg played four years on the Wolf Pack football team as an offensive lineman from 1982-1985. He was chosen for Nevada Football’s “Team of the Century” in 1998 and was inducted into the Wolf Pack Hall of Fame in 2004.
Kyle Rea – Broker/Salesman, REALTOR®
A Reno native, Kyle has been working in real estate since graduating from the University of Nevada in 2009.
Prior to forming the Rea Team at RE/MAX Professionals, Kyle worked at Commercial Partners of Nevada as a Commercial Real Estate Associate. Along with his duties as marketing manager, Kyle dealt with direct sales negotiations on behalf of the firm’s clients. Prior to his work at Commercial Partners, Kyle was a marketing specialist at DP Partners/Dermody Properties following an executive internship with that company.
Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Reno and completed a minor in business administration. He was a member and president of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and was named ‘Most Outstanding Fraternity President’ in 2009 by the University. He served as an ASUN Senator for the college of liberal arts and was awarded membership to the Delta Epsilon Iota Honors Society, the Order of Omega, and the Liberal Arts Dean’s list.
